There are many ways to help students of different levels in the classroom. Individualized guidance can help students with low learning abilities. Through individual counseling, teacher identifies shortcomings of each student and tries to solve even one of the shortcomings as much as possible during class. However, students need group guidance because teacher can't take care of all students. Teacher can form groups of students with the same skills and group activities can help them appropriately. If teacher forms groups with students with different skills, students with better skills can help others. During this teaching practice, I attended a math class, and there was an activity where I solved math problems with a partner and answered them correctly. At this time, I thought that it was effective in learning when I saw the part where a student who is better at math helps a student who is not good at math.
