There are many ways in which teachers manage the classroom. First, for student behavior management, it can be effectively managed by applying the reward and penalty system to students . In the class I practiced, there was a reward and penalty system called "Shrug" which is when students presented well or did their job, and they were "shrugged" when they were not able to do their job or were distracted. Second, for direction, it explains the daily schedule in the morning so that students can predict their daily lives. Third, for student role, each student is assigned a role such as watering flowers in the class and writing down people who talk, and developing cooperation through group activities.
*The picture is the picture that class teacher gave me a ''shrug'' after completing the class during the teaching practice.
