Hello, my name is kang jihyeon. I'm a sophomore majoring in education at Chuncheon National University of Education. I was born in 2002, and I live in Goyang City. My hobbies are watching movies and listening to songs and dancing. I read a variety of books, from children's books to novels. My life goal is to live a life where I can sympathize with the pain of others. When I'm having a hard time, I catch my swaying mind by thinking of proverbs.
MOVIE DIARY
I like movies because I want to experience various lives that I have never experienced before. My favorite movie is . This movie is about Will, who is a genius but cannot open his heart to the world due to his childhood wounds, meeting a professor named Lambora and changing things positively. The most memorable Dialogue is, "First of all, you have to talk about yourself. Who you are." After hearing this Dialogue, I asked myself a question. I had time to reflect on myself after watching this movie. That's why I recommend this movie to students who want to find themselves.
BOOK DIARY
There are three reasons why I read books. First, to gain wisdom. When I read literature books, I can express my emotions through poetry and experience conflict resolution methods through novels. Second, to gain knowledge. Knowledge helps life conveniently. If I get information such as math, science, history, and technology, I will be able to live well even in the age of artificial intelligence. Third, I will meet a wise senior. The first person I met was Kim Young-joo, the principal of Namhansan Elementary School. When I saw him guiding students with nature through his book, "Teacher, please carry me on your back". I also pledged to become a teacher who teaches children to grow up to become adults who know how to make good use of their surroundings.
MUSIC & DANCE TIME
Music and dance can freely express difficult emotions. I can relieve stress and gain emotional stability by expressing various emotions such as sadness, joy, and anger through music and dance. I often dance at home to relieve my stress. When I focus all on dancing, I don't feel depressed, but only happy thoughts. My favorite music genre is K-pop and ballads. The song I listen to the most recently is <>. Listening to this song warms my heart and makes me feel comfortable.
DREAM DIARY
Since I was young, I felt proud while helping my friends. I think that empathizing with the difficulties and pains of others is an essential ability in the world of living together. To do this, you must understand and strive for the feelings of others, and you must listen to and pay attention to the difficulties of others. Also, it is necessary to respect everyone without discrimination and prejudice. I will practice five things for this. First, I will meet many people. I will broaden my world by interacting with people with various values. Second, I will have a lot of indirect experiences. I will develop my empathy ability by watching a book and a movie every month. Third, I will do volunteer work. I will examine the minds of students through educational service. Fourth, I will practice expressing my feelings honestly. While writing poems, listening to songs, and dancing, I will listen not only to my feelings but also to those of others. Fifth, I will learn constantly. I will write a learning diary every day for an hour, looking back on my daily life.
Teaching Experience 1
There are many ways in which teachers manage the classroom. First, for student behavior management, it can be effectively managed by applying the reward and penalty system to students . In the class I practiced, there was a reward and penalty system called "Shrug" which is when students presented well or did their job, and they were "shrugged" when they were not able to do their job or were distracted. Second, for direction, it explains the daily schedule in the morning so that students can predict their daily lives. Third, for student role, each student is assigned a role such as watering flowers in the class and writing down people who talk, and developing cooperation through group activities.

Teaching Experience 2
There are many ways to help students of different levels in the classroom. Individualized guidance can help students with low learning abilities. Through individual counseling, teacher identifies shortcomings of each student and tries to solve even one of the shortcomings as much as possible during class. However, students need group guidance because teacher can't take care of all students. Teacher can form groups of students with the same skills and group activities can help them appropriately. If teacher forms groups with students with different skills, students with better skills can help others. During this teaching practice, I attended a math class, and there was an activity where I solved math problems with a partner and answered them correctly. At this time, I thought that it was effective in learning when I saw the part where a student who is better at math helps a student who is not good at math.
